In Moncenisio the passion for cooking
Adjacent to the restaurant, we have a tank with live trout that we breed so we can serve them fresh. Our trout have nothing to envy the famous Moncenisio trout. The typology of our recipes is traditional, but the cook revisits them to have a unique product.

The menus are renewed from time to time, maintaining the same characteristics: compatible with seasonal products.
